How do I search for properties on ForRentandForSale.com?
You may start a general search for houses or apartments for rent, and properties for sale, on the home page. You may also conduct a more detailed search by clicking on the specific tab for the type of property you want at the top of the ForRentandForSale.com home page, “Homes for Rent,” “Homes for Sale” and “Apartments for Rent”.

How can I mark properties I want to view or compare later?
After you have created a free and private account with ForRentandForSale.com, property ads will feature a “Bookmark” button in the top left corner of the ad. Clicking on this button will add the property to your list of favorite properties that you can view from your personal account page.

How can I view thumbnail photographs at a larger size?
Clicking on smaller photos will enlarge them and place them in the center of the ad.

Corporate Housing consists of fully furnished, equipped rentals including the utilities, phone, cable TV, Internet service and optional maid services. How do clients pay for properties?
Any payment made for renting or buying property is strictly between the client and the property owner. Determine acceptable payment methods by contacting the owner. For owners especially, we do not recommend using your bank number for direct routing of funds, as this could lead to fraud.

How do I know I am paying for a legitimate rental?
ForRentandForSale.com recommends requesting references from other renters and personally visiting the rental in question whenever possible.

Will ForRentandForSale.com share my personal information with other companies?
Your information is never shared without your direct request. Property owners or service providers that you contact through ForRentandForSale.com are the only firms that will receive your contact information and only at your instigation.
