How do I place an ad?
All you need to do is click on our home page tab “Place an Ad.” If you have not registered with ForRentandForSale.com, you must first do so. Then, after logging in, you can click on the “Place an Ad” link on your “My Account” page. Select the type of property you wish to list from the pull down menu and fill in the information that follows. You can manage your listings by clicking the “My Ads” link on your “My Account” page

How many pictures can I upload for each ad?
Our basic ad allows for 20 images, while you can upgrade to 50 images.

How do I make changes to a listing?
Sign in to your account and click on the “My Ads” link on your “My Accounts” page. This will open a display of all your ads with ForRentandForSale.com. Click on the ad you wish to modify and proceed from there.

What happens when my ad expires?
You will receive a renewal notice via e-mail and an offer to continue your ad a discounted rate. If selling a home, you may also elect to use our option to advertise your property until it sells.

How do people contact me to express interest in my property?
Buyers and renters contact you via e-mail, however your address is kept private to protect you from SPAM through our Contact Owner system. You can also see messages from potential clients through your property owner Administration Page.

How are my search results ranked?
Featured ads from your search area will be listed first, followed by all other ads according to proximity by zip code.

How do I get my ad to appear at the top of the list?
You can upgrade your listing to be featured at the top of searches in your area or searches based on certain criteria.

Will ForRentandForSale.com share my personal information with other companies?
Your information is never shared without your direct request. Property owners or service providers that you contact through ForRentandForSale.com are the only firms that will receive your contact information and only at your instigation.

How do clients pay for properties?
Any payment made for renting or buying property is strictly between the client and the property owner. Determine acceptable payment methods by contacting the owner. For owners especially, we do not recommend using your bank number for direct routing of funds, as this could lead to fraud.
