All Inclusive Corporate Housing Minimum Required Inventory List

Your property has to have the following inventory included in order to qualify for our “All Inclusive- Corporate Housing Package”.  The All Inclusive Icon will be presented on all viewings of your rental property to advertise the fact you have a full, furnished rental available and ready to move in.

Standard Rules for the Kitchen:

1. All sets of dishware, glassware and silverware must match or be in a presentable fashion
2. Table setting requirements for:
1. Efficiency / Studio: Setting for 6 people
2. One and Two Bedroom: Setting for 8 people
3. Three Bedrooms and larger: Setting for 10 people
3. All major appliances should be included: refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/ oven, garbage disposal and washer/ dryer.

(NOTE: indicate if the washer / dryer is in the rental or if they have facilities located on site, ie.. condo or apartment)

2. The number of towels must accommodate the number of occupants (2 towels per occupant minimum)

The final minimal requirements to qualify for an “All Inclusive” Rating consist of:

1. The electricity and/or gas utilities must be properly hooked up and included in the rent.  (Max amounts need to be specified)
2. The water, sewer and garbage must be properly arranged and included in the rent.
3. Telephone service must be hooked up with basic service.  Long distance charges and/or blocks on long distance need be specified)
4. High speed Internet must be included in the rent.  Wireless or direct service need be specified.
5. Cable TV with expanded channels must be hooked up.  Please indicate if Internet and phone are connected with TV service.
